In a world attacked by war, the four incredible countries, Jin, Yan, Liang and Qin, are interminable in their quest for force and extreme mastery. Amidst this perpetual clash, the countries of Jin and Yan conflict, and the extraordinary place of Jin falls. Compelled to escape, the Jin ruler, He Xia (Sun Yi Zhou), and his splendid military planner, Bai Ping Ting (Angelababy) get away from death. Be that as it may, destiny isn't their ally.

Isolated during their mass migration, He Xia advances toward the Kingdom of Bai Lan to seek after vengeance against the Kingdom of Jin. Then Bai Ping Ting winds up helpless before Chu Bei Jie (Wallace Chung), the Jin armed force's most noteworthy general and the country's most dearest ruler. Quickly perceived by the sovereign, as the young lady he began to look all starry eyed at years back, Bai Ping Ting before long gets herself the object of her most prominent adversary's craving.

Inevitably perceiving Chu Bei Jie as the kid she once cherished, Bai Ping Ting surrenders to her deepest longings, setting into movement a confounded sentiment that sets the cravings of the heart in opposition to the loyalties both have for their realms.

Coordinated by Ju Jue Liang, "General and I" is a 2017 sentiment dramatization dependent on the novel, "A Lonesome Fragrance Waiting to Be Appreciated" by Feng Nong.
